Sustainable Dunedin City

Looking to Dunedin’s Future
March 25, 2010
5:30 pm

Thursday 25th March from 5.30pm in the Back Room of Filadelfios at the Gardens

GREENDRINKS Dunedin provides an opportunity for everyone interested in sustainability and the environment to meet in a relaxed setting. It is organised in Dunedin by the Sustainable Dunedin City Society and is part of GreenDrinks International, a social networking movement.

We meet on the last Thursday of each month from 5.30pm at Filadelfios. Each month a different community group hosts a theme. Everyone interested very welcome. Please bring a friend!

THEME THIS MONTH: Sharing the Positive

Otago Campus Greens will bring their thoughts on positive social/environmental ventures that have been happening in Dunedin. We will share stories and ideas, and even have a clothes swap! The clothes swap is to positively highlight waste minimization, and constructive activism for fair trading practice. So bring your positive stories and your old clothes (just one small bag-full please, we don’t want to avalanche Filadelfio’s) along for a good old-fashioned friendly barter.
